Who We are

The founding Directors of Success Healthcare Pty Ltd, Langton Dzvukamanja and Dionnie Kapenzi have both paid and unpaid experience of supporting people living with disabilities in the community. The unpaid experience was gained by supporting family members and friends living with both physical and intellectual disability as per the culture from back home where people look after their own due to limited services. Their paid experience was gained here in Australia where both directors have worked for various organisations that support people living with disabilities. During this lifetime of experience, Dionnie and Langton have seen how people are labelled due to their disability and are limited in access to services.

Whilst working in Australia, Langton and Dionnie have seen the challenges and frustration experienced by people with disability in accessing services and this has led to the formation of Success Healthcare, a company that ensures that people living with disabilities’ expectations are met by ensuring that they receive all the necessary services that they require in a timely and convenient manner.
