Health Care Services
At Success Healthcare Pty Ltd we provide care and support to persons living with intellectual and physical disabilities. We have a dedicated team that will provide personal support and assist participants with any concerns, while a 24-hour emergency call system offers peace of mind. Our team also receives specialist support from allied health professionals such as podiatry, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech therapy, etc to cater for all our participants’ healthcare needs.
End of life and palliative care aims to help you if you have a life-limiting or life-threatening illness. The focus of this type of care is managing symptoms and providing comfort and assistance
We offer Mental Health support services for patients that require support with mental health
Wound care, Stoma care, Ileostomy care, Tracheostomy care, Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) management, Personal hygiene, Community access
We can help and support our participants to access the community so that they can work towards reaching their goals
We offer : Supported independent living (SIL), Individualised Living Options (ILO) and Respite.
